The arbequina aroma is reminiscent of green bananas and apples. The oil has a soft finish, with a hint of pepper at the end. This oil is ideal for fish, dressings (mayonnaise and alioli) and fruit salads. It also complements desserts such as vanilla ice cream and dark chocolate.
